CELTIC COLOURS EVENT:

It’s all about the dance! With local dancers, Irish sean-nós, some modern Highland dance, Ottawa Valley style, and a band that was born at Celtic Colours, this concert promises to delight and amaze. Close to the Floor is another favourite of our concert goers, taking on a different vibe and direction each year. We’ll celebrate many styles of dance for our 20th anniversary with some local favourites and new faces and feet as well. We’ll show how closely the Irish sean-nós style is to our own Cape Breton steps as we demonstrate once again just how vital the passing down of tradition is.
