Strathspey Performing Arts Centre is one of many vibrant social profit organizations on Cape Breton Island and thrives to achieve sustainability through community donations, funding opportunities and fundraising efforts of their own.
In 2016, Strathspey engaged the community through the Bi-Annual Super Concert Series, which featured a large number of local performers sharing their stage through their music. The Bi-Annual Super Concert Series took on a kitchen party atmosphere and was truly enjoyed by the audience!
Strathspey proudly presents the next Old Fashioned Scottish Super Concert on Sunday, April 16 at 6:30pm.
Performers will be including:

Strathspey Performing Arts Centre would not exist without community support. The Think Cape Breton First Kitchen Party is a way of recognizing and showcasing the local businesses, artists, crafters and more! The Kitchen Party will feature vendors from around the Island including:

There will be a full service cash bar available for those 19 plus with local brews and liquors available from Breton Brewing Co. and Glenora Distillery. Entertainment during the Think Cape Breton First Kitchen Party by the Very Young Mabou Dancers. These little ones will be in the lobby between 6:30PM – 7:30 PM doing a demonstration of Traditional Cape Breton Square Sets – accompanied by LIVE MUSIC!
