Pius MacIsaac

A performer and gifted composer from Mabou, Nova Scotia with about fifty tunes under his belt, he’s a regular at local festivals and parish hall dances attended by many of the island’s visitors. He is a sought-after artist in Cape Breton and can be seen accompanying many of the island’s top fiddlers with his driving, percussive guitar rhythms. Pius has recorded on four CDs and has played with Natalie MacMaster, Gordie Sampson, Scott Macmillan, Ian MacDougall, and Kinnon Beaton.

The East Coast’s fastest rising band, with their smooth three-part harmonies, heartfelt songwriting, and multiple-ECMA-nominated, rave-reviewed debut album. Peter MacInnis

Peter MacInnis is best known as the creator and actor in the of popular wed series Cape Breton Chats, and is thrilled once again to put his character on stage. As a singer/songwriter with his band Beechhill, Peter writes and performs songs about love, life and everyday characters on Cape Breton Island. Peter lives with his wife Lisa in Mabou on a small country farm where he works as a school teacher. Recent projects include; The Wedding Dance, Kitchen Witches, Cash on Delivery and last year’s productions of Cape Breton Summertime Revue Next Generation.
